NEW 2020 MUSIC: Singers, songwriters, multi-instrumentalists and brothers David and Peter Brewlis, collectively know as Field Music have returned and entered into this new decade of music with a 19 track song cycle/concept album commemorating events from over 100 years ago.

"Making A New World" centers itself around the consequences of World War I with subject matter ranging from air traffic control, gender re-aassignment, to even the development of sanitary napkins and the sexism within the advertisements for said products.

Field Music has created an immersive and lushly produced collection of art rock that, like the band's past excursions, again feels as if Brian Wilson, Prefab Sprout's Paddy McAloon, XTC, Steely Dan and 10cc somehow collided together and have emerged with fresh new material that is as smart, slick and tuneful as anything they have ever realized in the past.
